Grand Rapids Symphony Marketing Manager: August 2005 - present
I concentrate on Subscription renewal, retention, and acquisition by running an annual renewal campaign and a separate acquisition campaign which incorporate Direct Mail and Telemarketing efforts. I research and release new subscription products. I run events and manage perk programs centered around subscriber retention. I am our resident Marketing Database guru, facilitating our efforts in improving it's functionality and training all new employees on the system (Filemaker Pro). I manage our social media and our email marketing done through ConstantContact. Other duties include general audience development, cross-promotion maintenance and generation, the Student Passport program, and some public relations. grsymphony.org

note: I was already signed with Ford when I attended this convention in NYC. I was taking an acting class with John Robert Powers and was scouted through the window by a Ford agent on their way to an open call at the school. JRP wanted me to represent their school at the IMTA competition in New York City even though I was signed.

This particular convention was featured as a documentary on E! Television for the next year, seeming to replay once a week. I had an interview featured. I had just turned 14.
